Consider appointments expired December 31, 2025, and other vacancies.

Consider First Reading of an ordinance to adopt the Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

Consider Resolution Number 1021 authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) at several annual events scheduled for January through June 2026.

Consider Resolution Number 1022 supporting and allocating funds for an Outdoor Fitness Court® as part of the 2026 National Fitness Campaign.

Consider Resolution Number 1023 authorizing a contract for the installation of an Outdoor Fitness Court® at the corner of Theatre Drive and University Drive.

Consider Resolution Number 1024 authorizing the purchase of one (1) Shuttle Truck.

Receive comments from Councilmembers concerning matters of interest to the Council and the City of Sumter.

Receive comments and/or reports from the City Manager.

To discuss contractual matters, personnel matters, and appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.

The public is hereby notified that if Sumter City Council holds an Executive Session, the Council may take
official action on the above-listed matters following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
