Consider First Reading of an ordinance to rezone an approximate 0.15-acre parcel of land from General Commercial (GC) to General Residential (GR). The property is located at 419 South Lafayette Drive and is identified by Tax Map Number 250-09-04-025. 

Consider First Reading of an ordinance to rezone an approximate 2.2-acre portion of a 9.15-acre parcel of land from Residential-15 (R-15) to General Commercial (GC). The property is located at 3241 Wedgefield Road and is identified by Tax Map Number 183-00-02-010 (part). 

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2884 authorizing the transfer of approximately 211.65 acres of city-owned property. The property is located at 1771 Airport Road and is identified by Tax Map Number 231-00-02-001. 

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2889 amending Article 3, Exhibit 3-5, and Article 5.b.4.a to allow telecommunications towers via special exception use in the Central Business District (CBD). 

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2890 authorizing the sale of certain city-owned properties acquired through the Neighborhood Improvement Program. 

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2891 authorizing a lease agreement with respect to certain real property. The property is located at 201 South Harvin Street and is identified by Tax Map Number 250-01-03-006. 

Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2892 authorizing a lease agreement with respect to certain real property. The property is located at 627 South Sumter Street and is identified by Tax Map Number 227-12-03-026. 

Consider First Reading of an ordinance to annex by 100 percent petition approximately 12.33 acres of land (including right-of-way) located at 2665 West Oakland Avenue and identified by Tax Map Number  

206-00-02-001. 

Consider Resolution Number 1004 authorizing the purchase of one (1) bar screen for the Pocotaligo Wastewater Treatment Plant. 

Consider Resolution Number 1005 authorizing a contract for the State Street Resurfacing Project for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 

Consider Resolution Number 1006 authorizing a contract for the City Street Resurfacing Project for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 

Consider Resolution Number 1007 authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2026 MV607 Dump Truck for the Water and Sewer Department. 

Consider Resolution Number 1008 authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2026 MV607 Dump Truck for the Public Works Department. 

Consider Resolution Number 1009 authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2026 MV607 Flatbed Dump Truck for the Public Works Department.
