2. PD-00-08 (REVISION 27), 3205 PATRIOT PARKWAY – THE SHOPPES AT PATRIOT PARKWAY
Consider Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2913 replacing a portion of the commercial development master site plan for the “Patriot Centre” with a new master site plan for “The Shoppes at Patriot Parkway” within the commercial portion of Sumter West Planned Development. The property is located at 3205 Patriot Parkway and is identified by Tax Map Numbers 185-00-01-105 and 185-00-01-038.

Receive comments from Councilmembers concerning matters of interest to the Council and the City of
Sumter.
CITY MANAGER’S REPORT
Receive comments and/or reports from the City Manager.
COMMENTS BY CITY CITIZENS
Citizens of the City desiring to speak must notify the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting by
completing the sign-in sheet located at the entrance to the Council Chambers. Comments are limited to no
more than three (3) minutes.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
Review any pending legislation pertinent to local government.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
To discuss appointments to Boards and Commissions, and/or to receive legal advice relating to matters covered by attorney-client privilege, if necessary, in accordance with Section 30-4-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.

The public is hereby notified that if Sumter City Council holds an Executive Session, the Council may take official action on the above-listed matters following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
