a) Municipal Achievement 2026 Award presentation for the Palmetto Tennis Center.

b) Sumter Litter Control presents a coloring book series for the community.

Consider appointments expired on June 30, 2026, and other vacancies.

Consider Resolution Number 1036 declaring the intent of the City of Sumter to reimburse itself certain expenditures from the proceeds of tax-exempt lease purchase obligations. 

a)   Consider Resolution Number 1037 authorizing the purchase of one (1) new Automated Garbage Truck.

b)  Consider Resolution Number 1038 authorizing the purchase of one (1) new Grapple Loader Truck. 

c) Consider Resolution Number 1039 authorizing the purchase of one (1) new Front Loader Garbage Truck.

Consider Resolution Number 1040 authorizing intersection improvements. 

Consider Resolution Number 1041 authorizing additional sidewalks along the east side of North Lafayette Drive. 

Receive comments from Councilmembers concerning matters of interest to the Council and the City of
Sumter.

Receive comments and/or reports from the City Manager.
